Just what you would expect from an old, side of the road, motel, but a lot cleaner. The couple that runs it are really nice and understanding.
It's a small very old motel but they keep it up. They don't have bugs like most of the older hotels do. Their prices are very cheap considering what the dumpy, drug and bug infested motels in Indy charge. Its quiet and the staff is nice and the other residents are quiet and very friendly. They don't tolerate drama and drugs. If u have no where else to go and on a cheap budget I would suggest u try them out. It beats living in the streets. They also allow unto have a pet which is nice considering most places won't let u have one and allot of people have animals to help them emotionally or for service animals. Most of their tenants have been there for awhile so they don't get allot of riffraff renting and causing problems. It's a safe place to live and is close to Indianapolis without the hassle of dealing with the crime of Indianapolis.
This is a weekly or monthly motel. As of 12-2025, they are updating the roof and other things. If you need somewhere cheap to live, this is the place.
